1. Ownership Declaration

By selling a device to Leonstech, you confirm that:

• You are the legal and rightful owner of the device
• The device is not lost, stolen, financed, or under contract
• The device is free from any financial obligation

If a device is later identified as lost, stolen, blacklisted, or under finance:

• No payment will be made
• The device may be reported to law enforcement
• The device will not be returned

2. Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Backing up personal data
• Removing iCloud / Google accounts
• Performing factory reset

Leonstech is not responsible for data loss.

3. Device Condition & Inspection

All trade-in quotes are based on:

• Model
• Storage capacity
• Cosmetic condition
• Functional condition

Final value is determined after physical inspection.

Leonstech reserves the right to:

• Revise the offer
• Reject the device

If the device differs from the initial description.

4. iCloud & Account Lock

Devices must not be:

• iCloud locked
• Google locked
• MDM locked

Locked devices will be rejected and may not be returned if ownership cannot be verified.

5. Illegal or Blacklisted Devices

Stolen, blacklisted, counterfeit, or fraudulent devices:

• Will not be paid for
• May be reported to authorities
• Will not be returned

6. Payment

Payment will be made via agreed method once:

• Device ownership is verified
• Inspection is complete

Leonstech is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

7. Accessories

Accessories submitted with devices (chargers, cases, SIM cards, boxes) may not be returned unless agreed at the time of transaction.

8. Final Decision

Leonstech reserves the right to:

• Reject any trade-in
• Amend the offer
• Cancel the transaction

At its discretion.

9. GST

All trade-in pricing includes GST where applicable.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during trade-in is handled according to Leonstech’s Privacy Policy.
